When it comes to Android gaming, some people want an immersive gaming experience similar to consoles and other people are simply looking for a game to kill some time while they're commuting or waiting in the line somewhere. However, some games belong to both of these groups, games like Gacha Life.
Gacha Life is a game where you get to create your own anime-styled characters, dress them up, and embark on an adventure. There are hundreds of clothing pieces and accessories to choose from, such as dresses, shirts, pants, weapons, and much more. After creating your characters, you can head over to Studio, design a scene, and create your own story using many interesting props and custom chats.
The Life section will take you on an adventure where you can explore multiple areas and meet friends as you go along. Finally, you can explore the Games section for numerous minigames where you can earn gems you can use to purchase in-game items. The possibilities are almost endless in Gacha Life, especially if you decide to become serious about creating a full story in Story mode.
However, after playing the game for a while, you might realize that there isn't actually a whole lot to do in the game. The Life mode lacks more events and NPCs that you can interact with meaningfully. The Studio mode can be interesting to people who want to get creative but it will require plenty of time until you have your story. The minigames are also pretty standard. Even though the game's graphics don't look too high-quality, the game lags on mid-tier phones without an apparent reason.
